Mount Washington

Mount Washington is the highest peak in the northeastern United States and the most prominent peak east of the Mississippi at 6,288 feet above sea level. Known for it's extreme weather and popularity in the hiking world, this is a very exclusive opportunity to climb as a team with the MMRF.

If you are a moderate to experienced hiker looking for an outstanding summer adventure in the name of cancer research, this is absolutely the hike for you! We will take the Tuckerman’s Ravine trail, which offers expansive and breathtaking views while you trek upwards on an exhilarating hike. You will gain over 4,000 feet in elevation to reach the summit, then spend the night in the picturesque Lakes of the Clouds hut. This challenging two-day hike will leave you with serious bragging rights! The next morning will find you on the winding ascent down, where you can celebrate your epic hike!
