Mount Washington

Mount Washington is the highest peak in the northeastern United States and the most prominent mountain east of the Mississippi at 6,288 feet above sea level. Known for its extreme weather and popularity in the hiking world, this is a very exclusive opportunity to climb as a team with the MMRF. We will sleep in Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) huts, including the renown “Lakes of the Clouds”. Weather permitting, we’ll “bag” 3 of the “Presidents”: Mt. Clay, Mt. Monroe, and Mt. Washington. This challenging 2-day hike will leave you with serious bragging rights!
